Send from the chat

Click the store icon, pick a catalogue, then send the whole catalogue as a link or up to 10 products at once.

Order from WhatsApp

On the mobile app too

How to connect

In QuickSell open Account Settings → Developer API and click Generate API Key. In Lead Pattern open Integrations → QuickSell, paste the key and click Connect.

2

Open a conversation, click the store icon next to the message box, pick a catalogue and send it — or select up to 10 products and click Send products.

3

Customers add to their order

Each product has an Add to order button. The customer gets a YOUR CART reply with a View Cart link to confirm the order.

4

Automate with bots

In Bots, add the Send Catalogue action and connect Not sent to a fallback. Use the Product Added to Cart trigger for follow-ups.

Automate it with bots

Let the bot do the selling

Send Catalogue action

Send a whole catalogue, picked products, a catalogue's top products, products matching a keyword (personalise with a saved interest), or a cart reminder.

On Sent / Not sent

Not sent runs when the 24-hour window is closed, nothing matches or the cart is empty — so you can fall back to a template.

Product Added to Cart trigger

Start a bot when a customer taps Add to order, with the product name, cart total and cart link available as variables.

Use cases

Ideas to start with

Recommend on request

A customer asks for “running shoes” and a bot instantly replies with the three best matches, each ready to add to their order.

Recover abandoned carts

When a product is added to the cart, wait two hours and send a cart reminder with the View Cart link if the order isn't confirmed.

Personalised picks

Send products matching each customer's saved interest, so every recommendation feels hand-picked.

Good to know

Product and catalogue messages are WhatsApp session messages, so they can be sent within 24 hours of the customer's last message.
