These terms govern your use of the Lead Pattern website and platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service
Lead Pattern provides a WhatsApp Business API platform for businesses worldwide, including messaging, automation, team inbox and optional SAP integration.
Features marked “Upcoming” on the website are on our roadmap and not yet generally available.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for complying with WhatsApp/Meta policies and applicable law, including opt-in requirements for messaging.
You may not use Lead Pattern for spam, fraud, or content that violates Meta’s commerce or messaging policies.
Billing
Subscription plans are billed annually unless otherwise agreed. WhatsApp template message fees are charged at Meta’s published regional rates for your market, passed through at cost.
Add-on and SAP connector pricing is shared on request and confirmed in your order form or agreement.
Limitation of liability
The website and platform are provided as described in your agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Lead Pattern’s liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months for the service giving rise to the claim.
