Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in Lead Pattern. This policy outlines trials, cancellations and refunds.

Free trial
The Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial with full features and no credit card required to start. The Starter plan does not include a trial.
Annual subscriptions
Plans are billed yearly. If you cancel mid-term, access continues until the end of your billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of renewal if you believe a charge was made in error.
SAP pilot
Where a fixed-scope SAP proof-of-value pilot is purchased, refund terms are stated in your pilot agreement (including refundable credit against an annual subscription where applicable).
Meta message charges
WhatsApp template message fees are set by Meta and passed through at cost. These charges are generally non-refundable once messages are delivered.
