How to create a catalogue on WhatsApp Business

Connect QuickSell

In QuickSell, generate an API key (Account Settings → Developer API). In Lead Pattern, open Integrations → QuickSell, paste the key and click Connect.

Send from a chat

Click the store icon next to the message box, pick a catalogue, then send the whole catalogue or select up to 10 products.

Customer taps Add to order

The item goes into their QuickSell cart and they get a View Cart link to confirm the order.

Automate it

A bot's Send Catalogue step can send top products, products matching a keyword or a cart reminder.

In the WhatsApp Business app (Android) 1. Open the Tools tab and tap Catalog. 2. Tap Add new item, then Add photos and videos (up to 10 per item; videos up to 50 MB). 3. Enter the product or service name and pick the country of origin (required). 4. Optionally add price, sale price, description, website link and product code, then tap Save.

How many products can I add to a WhatsApp catalogue item?+

In the WhatsApp Business app, each item can have up to 10 photos or videos. In Lead Pattern, you can send up to 10 QuickSell products at a time, or the whole catalogue as one message.

Why is my catalogue item not showing to customers?+

WhatsApp reviews every item first. Pending or rejected items are not visible; you can ask for another review on a rejected item.
