Connect your number to the API

Lead Pattern sets up the official WhatsApp Business API on your business number.

Invite your team

Go to Team → Invite User, enter the person's name and phone number, pick a role (for example Manager or Sales) and invite.

Assign chats

Open a conversation and pick its owner in the header. Filter the inbox to see only your own chats.

Set roles

Roles decide who can reply, change the assignee, send broadcasts and more.
