Most Indian businesses keep invoices and outstanding amounts in Tally. A ready-made Lead Pattern connector for Tally Prime is coming soon; until then, here are two ways that work today.
Short answer
Today: export the report you need from Tally (for example outstanding receivables) to Excel, keep one row per party with the phone number and amounts, and send it as a personalised broadcast from a file in Lead Pattern. For fully automatic messages, a developer or Tally partner can send WhatsApp templates through the Lead Pattern REST API.
Step by step

Export the report — outstanding, ledger balance, invoice list — to Excel.

One row per party: phone number with country code, party name, invoice number, amount, due date.

Use an approved utility template such as a payment reminder or outstanding statement.

Broadcast from the file, match columns to variables, send now or schedule.
A developer or your Tally partner can call the Lead Pattern REST API with a named API key to send an approved template when an invoice is saved. API keys show usage logs and can be locked to your server's IP address. API & webhooks →

Yes. In a broadcast from a file, each row fills the template with that party's own name, invoice and amount.
Templates can have a document header for a PDF. Sending each party their own PDF automatically needs the API route (a developer).
