How to add WhatsApp to your Google Business Profile
People who find your shop on Google Maps often want to ask one quick question. Google lets you add a WhatsApp chat option to your Business Profile so they can message you right away.
Short answer
Make a WhatsApp click-to-chat link (wa.me) for your number. Then on your Google Business Profile, go to Edit profile → Contact, click the pencil next to Chat, choose WhatsApp, paste the link and save. Your profile must be claimed and verified, and chat is only available in select regions.

Your WhatsApp click-to-chat link: https://wa.me/ followed by your number in international format (for India, 91 and the 10-digit number), without +, spaces or dashes.
Can I add WhatsApp as a social profile instead?+
