Good to know
- Who gets the message: the phone number comes from the order. If it has no country code, your store's country is used. Orders without a phone number, and customers who opted out, are skipped.
- Once per order: each event is sent only once per order, and it shows in the customer's chat and activity timeline.
- Partly shipped orders don't trigger Order Fulfilled — it waits until the whole order has shipped.
- Thank-you or review request later: switch on *Follow-up After Purchase* and choose a delay of up to 30 days. It is skipped if the order was cancelled or refunded.
- Shopify is a paid integration — included in some plans or added from Settings → Billing. See pricing →
- Replies land in your team inbox, so a customer asking "can I change the address?" gets a person, not a dead end.
What it costs per message
Order confirmations and shipping updates are utility messages in Meta's rules (they're about the customer's own order, with no offer). Meta charges about ₹0.115 each in India. Add a discount code and the message becomes marketing (about ₹0.86). Indicative Meta rates, excluding GST; Lead Pattern passes them through with zero markup.
